A good reason NOT to buy Samsung Washer!

Useless app! Paid $29 each for washer/dryer USB sticks and nothing works. Thought this was a way to monitor or. I trip appliances. It is not.
Also has vague & confusing setup instructions.
Stop selling it, or fix it!!
