Spend two hours for nothing. Absolutely trash app.

Cant use it until I can select options like "Extra Rinse" or "Extra Spin".

Seriously Samsung. Why release this if it wasnt even ready? Be better.

AP will not appear on appliances as indicated in the directions.

1 star because I had to - really 0 stars. Doesnt work.

Having to carry my iDevice up to the washing room to activate the "Smart Control" button on the washer or dryer is stupid. Samsung doesnt get it. The device is useless for a gas dryer -- it is monitor-only, which makes no sense for indoor use. What could I possibly do with this app that I couldnt do 50 feet from here at the dryers front panel? Blow the house up? Maybe someone at Samsung will get a clue and make the app have some useful functionality.

The instructions for setup are not good. Could not get the code.

Not working and the instructions are TERRIBLE! The instructions in the manual, also not helpful. When you click "app support" it takes you to a site thats in Japanese with no prompt to select language.

This is junk. Dont bother with it!

You would get more use out of the app if it had a fake aquarium as its feature. This is just bad design. It will not connect to the wifi, even though my model does have the connectivity. The app support is no help as well. It is a useless app.

PLEASE ADD support for Samsung DRYERS on IFTTT. I have the Dv50k7500ev Electric dryer but there is NO IFTTT SUPPORT for the Samsung smart home compatible dryer. Please ADD support for Samsung DRYERS on IFTTT.

Useless app! Paid $29 each for washer/dryer USB sticks and nothing works. Thought this was a way to monitor or. I trip appliances. It is not. Also has vague & confusing setup instructions. Stop selling it, or fix it!!

The idea of the washer/dryer notifying you of a load being done never gets a chance to happen. The app disconnects and or freezes long before than :( Not good

Constantly disconnects, notification of wash cycle? Whats that when its at home? Utter garbage and needs updating ASAP The washer is awesome though :)

Please update this app to support SSID configurations with an apostrophe () in the name. This app and wifi functionality on my washer and dryer is useless to me until that happens. Thanks

I can get the app to work to start the load of wash but it is always disconnected before the wash finishes. The idea is neat and I hope Samsung figures out how to fix this soon.
